I built a links business that passed 78,000 registered users.

SNP.is — from a single decision in 2021 to a platform with 126 tools, a working subscription model, and ad integrations most competitors don’t have.

The first decision

I didn’t write the platform from scratch —
and that was the most important decision of the whole project.

I chose a licensed technical foundation instead of spending a full year reinventing what already exists and works. The year I saved didn’t go to waste — it went into what actually makes the difference: building 126 tools inside the platform, full Arabic localization, product design, the pricing model, the subscription system, retargeting integrations — and the acquisition engine that took it to 78,000 users.

The idea isn’t new: code is an implementation layer — the business is the real product. Most people who fail at digital products don’t fail because their code is bad. They fail because they spent everything on code and had nothing left for users.

And that is exactly how I approach every project today.

What I built

One product · six pillars · 126 tools

Bio Pages

One page for all of a creator’s accounts and links.

Short Links

Shortening with tracking on every click.

QR Codes

Generation, customization, analytics.

vCards

A digital business card saved in one tap.

Analytics

Where visitors come from and what they do.

Retargeting Pixels

The most differentiating feature — its own section below.

I built 126 tools inside the platform one by one, designed the product, owned the roadmap, and led the external engineering team.

The numbers

These are all the numbers I publish. I don’t share revenue or conversion rates — not because they’re bad, but because I don’t publish what I can’t prove to you.

Pricing model

Three tiers for three buying intents

To tryFreetry before paying
For the solo creator$9/moPro
For multi-brand operators$22/moBusiness

Building a pricing model is harder than building a product. Price decides who shows up, how long they stay, and what they’re worth — it’s the first thing I audit on any project.

Payments & subscriptions

Three providers — because one market is never enough

Stripe Paddle PayPal

And the full lifecycle: trials, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, and dunning after failed payments. That last part separates a subscription business that works from one that leaks.

The differentiator

Native retargeting inside a links platform

Meta

Google

TikTok

Snapchat

Every click on a user’s link builds ad audiences they can retarget. That feature didn’t come from being a programmer — it came from spending over €1M on these four platforms myself and knowing what advertisers are missing.

It’s the clearest example of what happens when the person building the product knows how users are actually bought.
